Storytelling

For the past few years, during the Winter season, I've had to opportunity to travel around Oregon and interview individuals who are receiving awards from the Special Districts Association of Oregon.  These are people who work for the rural towns that they live in, and have performed outstanding work.  These are people who really care about what they do, and strive to make a positive difference in their corner of the world.  Below is a sample of one of those stories.
